Honeywell's Parallon Microturbine

Honeywell Power Systems, Inc. (Albuquerque, NM) submitted the Parallon 75 kW Turbogenerator for independent verification. The turbogenerator is a compact, self-contained unit that uses a microturbine to convert natural gas or other fuels into electricity for on-site power generation. The GHG Center has completed testing of emissions, electricity production, and power quality performance. Since testing, Honeywell sold its interest in the Parallon, but a new owner has not yet emerged.
